Tristan is a recognised professional specialising in disrepair, damp & mould and regulatory compliance across the housing sector, with experience that spans senior roles within Tier 1 maintenance contractors, housing associations and local authorities, including leading high-profile damp & mould and disrepair services and overseeing the end-to-end disrepair claim lifecycle.
He is a writer, speaker and trainer on disrepair and Awaab's Law and the founder of DISREPAIR AWARE, an independent website focused on improving housing conditions and resident safety, as well as being Chair of Echelon Consultancy's Disrepair Improvement Group that supports housing providers to meet increasing regulatory expectations.
As lead trainer for UKAME's Awaab's Law courses, Tristan brings practical strategic and operational insight directly to surveyors, contractors, housing officers and senior leaders across the housing sector.
